Real talk about Mounjaro

Hong Kong Yanpep International
How aggressive is your calorie cut?

Also, are you certain you're eating enough overall? If you haven't been logging your food, might be worth trying it over a short stretch just to rule out under-eating.

And how frequently are you having meals?

If the second compound's just too intense for your system, might be worth asking your doctor about trying a different one in this drug class instead.

First, Mounjaro affects everyone differently, and effects change over time, so dont expect your experience to match anyone else's. 2.5 mg is normally a starter dose meant to acclimate you. If the early effects have faded, you're probably ready for the next dose up. Run it by your prescriber. Month one for me was 2.5, then I went to 5.0mg, and 7.5mg is next.

Still not quite right though, ozempic's approved specifically for diabetes, same as mounjaro. The weight-loss branded version of that ozempic compound goes by wegovy, while mounjaro's equivalent carries the name zepbound.
