Tracking calories with a food scale got me 6 lbs this month instead of my usual 2-4. On a glp-1 for a year, 10mg for 6 months. Also lift heavy 4 days a week. The combo works.
 
Building muscle gets trickier when fatigue management changes. Realistic benefit to hypertrophy is probably minimal. For me anything fits into a busy life is better than nothing.
 
I'd guess that holding your food intake and activity level completely constant, the dose itself would barely matter, maybe a tiny metabolic bump in loss rate, something like 100 kcal daily at most between 4 and 8mg. Where it could matter a lot more is how manageable that eating plan actually feels to maintain. The single biggest driver of weight loss remains the calorie deficit, and that's overwhelmingly a function of intake. What this drug class really does is dial down hunger so eating less happens naturally, generating that deficit without brutal hunger, and then helps you keep it off as long as you stay on treatment. Plus some extra favorable metabolic perks on top.

Until you actually start, there's no way to predict your personal response, whether in side effects, appetite changes, or how much weight comes off, and figuring that out typically takes several weeks, unless you're particularly sensitive and notice obvious effects right at 2mg.
