Hey everyone, quick question! I just got everything to try tirzepatide but totally spaced on getting needles for mixing. Can I use my insulin needles to reconstitute it? Or is there a reason why I shouldn't?
For every 2 mg of peptide, use 1 ml of bac water. So, for 5mg, add 2.5 ml. Then, every 5 units on your insulin syringe will equal 100 mcg.Flex_Happy said:I was just reading about how much bacteriostatic water to add to a vial. Is there a general rule?
Maybe I need to recalculate?Gym_Taco said:For every 2 mg of peptide, use 1 ml of bac water. So, for 5mg, add 2.5 ml. Then, every 5 units on your insulin syringe will equal 100 mcg.
