You could try just injecting some bac water by itself and see if you still get the same reaction.

I tested the PH on my bottles from OP labs, and it was 5.5. From what I read, it should be between 4.5 and 7.0, with 5.7 being average.

Hey, a little off topic here, but how is everyone disposing of the needles when traveling? I'm going to be overseas for a month and wanna be safe.

I just keep an empty prescription bottle and toss the used needles in there until I get home. Then I can use my sharps container.

I have this small, hard box from some old effervescent tablets that I keep in my travel cooler bag--it fits the needles perfectly. Just find something sturdy and difficult to open so nothing pokes through.

Doubling a dose when the previous one was hitting you hard doesn't make sense. That's just asking for worse problems.

I can't eat dairy anymore now - the aftertaste is horrible. Red meat is off limits too, just chicken or white fish for me.

That rash can be rough the first week or so. Bumping up protein helps your body handle the load better.

Rash after pinning is usually a few things: concentration too high, injection too shallow, or site sensitivity. Before blaming the bac water, check your dilution - if you mixed into a small volume, the benzyl alcohol concentration might be irritating the tissue. Try a different site (outer thigh or ventroglute instead of stomach) and see if the reaction is site-specific. If it persists across multiple sites with fresh bac water, that narrows it down to something else. Rotating spots and not hitting the same zone repeatedly helps a lot.
