I see so many incredible transformations after people drop like 30-40 lbs. I started around 180 and I'm at 150 now. About 17% of my starting weight so far.

What kinda lifestyle changes have you done besides the meds?

Thin_Great, mostly just trying to make better food choices and get a little more active. Nothing crazy, but it's adding up!
