Restaurant booths ain't so scary now!

You know what used to fill me with dread? Being stuck with booth seating at a restaurant. I can recall my daughter taking me out for lunch for my bday to Applebees and all they had was booth seating. We just sat because I felt bad making her wait. I felt like I barely fit and was trying so hard to act like it was no big deal... but now? Not a problem anymore! Down 75lbs after 10 months. Loving this medication!

I had a similar victory recently - I was able to easily get up from a lawn chair with no issues. Before, I'd need help. You look fantastic, congrats!

Oh man, I get it.

I remember being crammed into a seafood place where the tables were stuck to the floor.

My stomach was practically on top of my plate. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary.

Did they think people were gonna run off with the tables?

I'm not dreading booths anymore either! Plus, I didn't need a seatbelt extender on the plane this time. It still feels unreal!

I hit my 100lb loss mark a bit ago. It wasn't just about the weight though...it was about feeling good again. Enjoy that confidence!

Couldn't agree more. It's about so much more than just the number on the scale.
