Restaurant booths ain't so scary now!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
been researching here and feel ready for my first dose tomorrow. couple questions — using an auto pen and can't find dosage calculators for them (all the calculators are for the smaller syringes). also wondering which foods to avoid starting out? heard fried and fatty are bad but want specifics.

So today I switched back to my shot after being off for months. New provider, I asked for low dose. She calls and says she needs the pen back — she doubled my dose by mistake. I'm freaking. She said should be ok, maybe nausea/headache. Has this happened to anyone?

Changed dining strategy post-shot. Mostly hit spots where leftovers don't pile up. Wife's tiny, five-foot-one, doesn't eat much per meal. Bring own containers to places that welcome it. Nicer spots, we grab smallest entrees and salads. Wife digs restaurant desserts so we split tiny ones.

Hi!! Also 5'8 here, was 310 lbs (female), and felt hopeless. I understand, booths were off the table for me too, along with lots else, and walking alone tired me out. Now I weigh 242 lbs and it still amazes me. Food noise is quiet. I had a real food addiction. There is more to go, yet I already feel amazing, and better habits came with it. Small things I could not do are slowly returning, like riding rides with my 3 kids at the fair, hubby along. Hope all goes well, you can do this.
