Reta and Cagri - help!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I started at 500mcg, probably not the smartest call, but I'm on that dose now and plowing ahead. My third 500mcg dose was Monday. I don't think the gap between 350 mcg and 500mcg is big. Cagri has a longer half life than tirz & reta, you're right that since it was your initial 500mcg dose you haven't reached its full effect, but I doubt it puts you in some 'danger zone'. I'm not even sure what that phrase means. The phase 3 cagrisema study's standard titration was 250 mcg for 4 weeks, 500mcg for 4 weeks, then 1mg for four weeks and onward, doubling each step. Your increases were much smaller, so I think you'll be okay.

I'd be careful with Cagri, especially added on top of a decent tirz or reta dose, which appears to be the way most here use it. In my experience 0.5mg gives mild nausea, while 0.75mg/w hits noticeably, unpleasant yet bearable, so 0.5/w is my max (added to tirz15mg/reta5mg). Some people use 1-2mg but many use closer to 0.5. Side effects vary hugely between people, but the pattern with cagri seems consistent, largely low doses as extra. If you had zero effect from 0.25mg and allowed enough time for full absorption, at least two to three days, then a second 0.25 dose brings little danger of a serious reaction.

I run reta, tirz and cagri together with zero issues, so hadn't even heard reta and cagri causing trouble for people. For me cagri only comes into the mix if I've put a few pounds back on and need to knock it off again - I start at .3, run it until the vial's done, then leave it alone for a stretch before bringing it back. Takes about three weeks of the added cagri before the scale actually starts moving again.
