Reta and extended fasting?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Get full pretty quickly too, same as you. But then I'm covered for essentially the whole next day. So maybe that's where our situations diverge. Hunger just doesn't show up quickly for me at all. Also worth mentioning, I do one meal daily, have for years now. Once I added the third compound, still fasting that identical twenty-four-hour window every day, though my total intake's dropped considerably since fullness kicks in after just a few bites. Running a weekly amount around one milligram, going on seven weeks now. Haven't bumped up yet since this level feels like exactly where I need to be. And maybe your sluggish mood ties back to falling short on carbohydrates. Tested this a lot on myself, and since starting this compound my totals have stayed noticeably lower, and whenever I only hit around fifty grams of carbs, waking up the following morning feels genuinely off. No hunger thanks to how the compound works, just totally wiped out and low on energy. Yet on days closer to one-fifty or two-twenty grams instead, everything's back to normal come morning. Worth remembering

Followed basically this exact pattern through my entire reta weight loss run. Last bite of food before midnight, then nothing again until around 3pm when I wake up, since I work nights. Most days went protein shake first, then a light meal, another light meal later, and closed out with a second protein shake, all fit inside an eight to nine hour window I ate within.
Honestly couldn't tell you if it made any real difference. Didn't notice anything particularly positive or negative from doing it that way.
