Reta AND Tirz? Halp w/dosing!

Hi everyone! I've been taking Tirz for the last year, and I've gotten rid of 45lbs, which is great, but I haven't lost anything in a few months, so I'm stuck. I'm taking 15mg of stuff I got online, but from a source that people like. I'd like to either include, or switch to, Reta. I've ordered it and it should be here in a few days! How should I switch over? I pin every 5 days. I did see better results when I shortened the interval. Thanks!

If you're injecting every 5 days, try moving up to 17.5mg of Tirz. Keep the Reta aside. When you get to 20mg Tirz, then switch to Reta.

I did a normal titration schedule with Tirz all the way up to 15mg, and then I slowly added Reta until I was taking 5mg. Once I got there, it only lasted for 2 weeks. I didn't have any side effects, but my appetite was non-existent to the point where I could barely eat. I then slowly went down from 15mg Tirz to 5mg, and increased my Reta to 12mg. I've been doing that for a few weeks, and I'll probably stay there until maintenance. I've lost 78lbs in the last 7.5 months. That's 32% of the total weight. So far, I'd consider this a success. I'm not sure how maintenance will go.

I've been on Tirz for 35 weeks. Currently at 10.4mg every 5 days. Yes, it was a very gradual increase. To help with the stall, I added another peptide at 0.13mg/week, 11 weeks ago, increasing 0.04mg each week, and am now at 0.5mg/6 days. It's a decent booster but makes me a little nauseous. I'd never experienced that before with Tirz. Started Reta at 0.5mg/week 8 weeks ago, increasing about 0.16mg each week, and am now at 1.5mg/week. It takes a month to see the full effect. I started low to minimize side effects. Now I'm dropping a pound and a half a week. I sit at a desk all day and don't exercise at all. I've lost 56 lbs in 35 weeks. For the last month, zero hunger. I actually don't enjoy eating anymore. I don't want to increase my dose too fast because I don't want to lose the positive benefits. I need to lose another 44 lbs to hit a BMI of 25. That's at least another 30 weeks.

I remember reading about some people on another forum talking about Tirz. One person said

With Mounjaro it was like I was no longer diabetic.
It seems like some folks get fantastic results!

Yeah, some people get nailed by the sides! I saw someone else saying on Reddit that they've been on Sema and Tirz for a year and it's been a bumpy ride, but they're happy with their progress. It gives me hope to stick with it!

I started checking prices today after I ordered mine from them yesterday. Based on their dosing plan it would stretch to 10 weeks for $135 bucks. That's pretty shocking.
