Reta break during long run training?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I take it on about half my weekdays at 5 mg and it really helps with my workouts. I'm able to push longer on runs, go faster, and when I do weights I feel way stronger.

Made my heart race, even sleeping. Never hurt though. Discomfort is tied to how aware you are of your body. If tuned in or anxious you might read too much into it. I just tracked it. Got ECG and Holter to verify no damage. My heart might have more glucagon receptors or they're more responsive.

Also tracking this thread as an intermittent runner training for a half marathon (race day March 29th), gearing up to begin the fifth compound but came across a couple reviews mentioning serious fatigue and general low energy, plus reduced drive to train. Planning to get back into gym sessions for a while before a trail race set for September.

Not chasing major weight loss here, just a few kilos, so worried about the impact on training. Seems like this thread's had the opposite experience though, mostly people feeling better after starting.

Tomorrow I'm tackling a marathon just for the challenge, first one ever for me. Started running the third compound at 2mg weekly about five weeks back, so curious how much this peptide might mess with a long-distance effort like this.

Any good budget-friendly fuel options I can use mid-run aside from gels?

Bigger question though, when's the ideal time to take my dose, since this compound slows digestion and eating mid-run means food sits in my stomach way longer before it actually helps.

Last thing, has anyone noticed a difference in heart rate during runs, better or worse, since starting this compound?
