Reta delivery -- how long is too long?

Anyone have experience with delivery times from overseas? I ordered on the 27th of December, and the tracking info shows it arriving at a distribution center but nothing since.
 
Hit them up via email or their social channels. Normally I get my stuff in two to three weeks depending on the shipping gods and customs. Over a month sounds like trouble. Try putting your tracking number into 17TRACK, sometimes that has better info.
 
It all depends on the seller, and where they're shipping from. I've had stuff show up in a week, and other times it's been close to a month.
 
That shipper is the pits. I only get about half of what I get shipped via them. They seem to have problems delivering to the correct address. Make sure you demand proof of delivery and confirm it went to your place. They should have pictures of the package at your door with your house number.
 
It's all about the vendor and where they are shipping from. Some vendors have warehouses inside the US, so the shipping is super fast. I had one order show up in just 3 days, but another took over two weeks because it came from China with a stopover in Canada before it got to me. I have another order in transit coming directly from China, so I'm curious to see how long that will take.
 
Plus, keep in mind that Chinese New Year can mess things up. Depending on when you ordered and when the vendor takes their holiday, it might not ship until late February.
 
I've never heard of that shipper before, so I checked them out. 1.1 stars on Trustpilot with almost 2,000 reviews! How is that even possible?
 
I'm dealing with this right now. Their shipping is a total mess. It landed nearby, sat for a couple of days, then got sent halfway across the country. Now it's back near where it started and is supposed to be on its way to me. It's only a few hours away, but no updates in days.
 
Next time I'm going to ask if they can ship with someone else. It took twice as long to get through Canada as it did to get here from China.

Congrats on the progress! I wear tankinis with shorts or a skirt. Look for long sleeve UV tops too. Amazon has tankini sets or grab them from local stores. Lands End and LLBean also have solid coverage options if you need something nicer.
 
International orders stuck at a distribution center after the Dec-to-Jan holiday period is one of the more common delay patterns - customs volume spikes significantly in that window and scanning stops updating at one of several transit points. Most people in that situation see movement again 2-5 weeks after the last scan, and the realistic worst-case from a reputable vendor is a reship request after 6-8 weeks with no movement. If the vendor has a COA policy and a history with the community, the reship process is usually straightforward.
