Reta: How bad could it REALLY be?

NA Semax vs Semax come down to molecular weight. Check the Dalton value to be sure: 813.9 (Semax), 854.98 (NA no amidate), 855.96 (NA Amidate), 1032.2 (Adamax).

What's your experience with it? I use GHK topically on my face and it honestly works better than Retin-A, but face is all I care about. Always figured systemically would be pointless—curious what you think.

Reta's risk follows the GLP-1 profile plus the glucagon receptor component - resting HR and cortisol at higher doses. The trial dropouts were dose-related GI side effects rather than safety signals.

The community as safety signal source is genuinely useful data - aggregate experience at doses and durations beyond trial parameters shows things controlled studies can't. The liability point cuts both ways: pre-approval anecdotal reporting doesn't create corporate liability the way post-approval reporting does. The broad harm signal that would generate lawsuits is the same one that community reporting would surface first.

the before-and-after framing for Reta results is one where the math is genuinely counterintuitive - the current version being better than both the starting point and the young-days baseline in multiple dimensions simultaneously is not the expected structure of a weight loss narrative. the humor around using the young photo as the Before captures something real about how dramatically the results can compare across time
