Reta Klow and Dentist?

Need some dental work done, which is honestly shocking for someone with pretty solid teeth, turns out I've been grinding and now need a crown. Only real dental history before this was wisdom teeth removal and one cavity, so cleanings are basically all I know. Anyway, is it safe running reta and a peptide stack alongside getting local anesthetic, I believe lidocaine? Obviously mentioning the mounjaro to the dentist just in case and seeing what they say, but these things seem unrelated though I honestly have no idea and searching around hasn't turned up much. Appreciate any insight.

My doctor mentioned oral birth control basically stops working reliably while on mounjaro. Which stinks, means we need to stack a couple other forms of protection on top.

Been on adderall myself, needed way less of it after starting reta. Genuinely think reta's helped my adhd symptoms. Best approach would be trying it out for a couple weeks and seeing how things go. Worst case, drop reta and try tirz instead. Adhd can be brutal, I get it. Could also look at semax or selank alongside it, both known to help with focus.
