Reta messing with your sleep?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Are you currently running any GLP-1, and if so, which one and at what amount? Genuinely curious about a specific optimism-boosting peptide since that effect sounds useful for me. Already prone to depression and low moods in general, and the flatness reta brings on tends to deepen that tendency, makes it spread wider and harder to climb out of once it takes hold. Weighing a switch to tirz, which hasn't given me the same side effect trouble, though it also doesn't rein in my eating quite as tightly at the amounts I've tried, never stuck with the ramp-up phase long enough to reach a full dose.

Sema with reta makes a good pairing. Reta is a relatively weak GLP1 agonist, while sema acts only as a GLP agonist, filling the gap where Reta falls short. I'm hesitant about tirz since reta and tirz each act as strong GIP agonists. I do 2.4mg sema and 4mg reta. Reta only begins wrecking my sleep quality at a much higher dose.

Skinny but sleepless here. I think reta's glucagon side pushes up sympathetic drive and that wrecks sleep. I drop off fast, then toss and turn from about 3 AM and it's exhausting. It was fine until 3 or 4 mg. Dayvigo 5 mg every night helped some, but at 6 mg, my maintenance dose, it's not doing much. No need to go higher on weight or metabolic grounds, so I'm hoping my body settles in within a couple months. If not I'll step down to 5 mg and possibly stack a little tirz. Bad sleep is my only side effect, zero GI stuff the whole time. Mixed blessing.
