Reta newbie w/foot pain - coincidence?

One of the best "did my glp1 cause..." posts was someone whose 29-year-old dog died the day after her first dose. No one could convince her the dog didn't overdose from tirz through her pores.

If you are a gal, stop wearing high heels and wear slippers with support. I got PF from running without shoes. It was fine when I was a kid, but now I need support. Good luck with the Reta!

I had bad PF a few years back. It happened after running after my dog (I was also overweight).

I used a night splint from Amazon. It pulled my toes toward my shin. I also used rubber inserts (Heel Seats) from Heal That Pain, also from Amazon. A cortisone shot helped too. Thankfully, I only needed one. That cleared it up.

I think it's great that people are finding love and getting healthier at the same time! I saw this cute thing where someone said they gained 70 kilos... and then it was a picture of them with their new romantic partner. So awesome how weight loss journeys can lead to fuller lives in more ways than one!

I am GLP-1 naive. I keep hearing it is best to start low, to minimize the side effects.

Starting low makes sense initially if you're worried about side effects, but don't stay there too long if you aren't seeing results. Titrate up until you find a dose that works for you while still being manageable.

the liquid is bac, also from the vendor. i know hospira is 'better' but it was impossible to get, so i went the easy route. got everything including shipping for 141 bucks. the 5mg vials were 80, bac was 11, shipping was 50. pretty stoked about it.

hit me within a day, first peptide ever. 9 weeks in, down 23lbs from 207 to 184. 5'7" female, athletic build, got maybe 20 more to go. on the second dose of 7.5mg now, skipped the first week at 2.5mg.
