Reta noob - am I overpaying?

Just jumped into Reta a couple weeks ago and I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the info out there. Would love to hear from seasoned vets about anything they wish they knew when starting out with peptides/GLP-1s.

I snagged a 5mg vial for $70 from one source and now I'm realizing I probably overpaid big time. It sounds like some people are getting it for under $2 a mg, which is wild. I was about to buy a 25mg vial for $220+!

I've seen one vendor mentioned a few times here, and also a couple others... but one of them seems to be MIA. I'm not sure what it means when a vendor is "OOS."

Anyway, I get that some of you experienced guys are annoyed with the newbies, but you were all new once. I've got a decent grasp on things, but any advice is appreciated!
 
You're definitely on the right track with your research. I'd suggest checking out some helpful documents, see my profile for links.

Every vendor has its ups and downs; it's all about figuring out what matters most to you. $2/mg is kinda steep if you are purchasing a kit (multiple vials).

I've heard of people getting it for less than $1/mg!
For what it's worth, one vendor seems pretty reliable. Join their Telegram (usually a banner on their site) and turn on notifications for announcements; pre-sales are the way to go because they're cheaper and sell out fast.
If OOS means 'out of spec,' that particular vendor is probably the last place I'd be concerned about. They supposedly have really robust lab testing for their popular stuff.
 
I just grabbed a 12mg kit from one vendor. It worked out to about $2.5 per mg, but I don't have to order straight from overseas, deal with customs, or sweat about scams. The markup seems worth it, at least until I'm more confident in this whole thing. I may look into your source next.
 
I don't think that source usually has promo codes. Their products are usually already discounted by at least 30%! It's best to wait for promos from any of the others. That particular source sometimes does them for American holidays but it's usually not much better than their normal prices.
 
Do you have a website or contact info for those sources? I'm in Europe, so I need a China vendor that does discreet shipping...

And have you found that product to be of good quality?
 
The full name is something something, and usually, the first word (the place name) for these companies is dropped when we talk about them.

The place name is legally required for Chinese business names.
 
I'm no expert, but I think those other source names are just resellers who buy in bulk and then sell them off one at a time.

If they give you the CoA from the original company and claim it as their own, take that with a grain of salt. What you're buying could be a different batch or even from a completely different vendor.

No, those two sources aren't the same.
