Reta peeps - where do you get yours?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
5mg in maintenance at 2.5mg every 84 hours is actually a more stable approach than weekly for some people. the split keeps levels more consistent. honestly for someone still in active loss mode rather than maintenance, tirz at a higher dose would probably move things faster right now.

Got an older write-up of mine somewhere covering how I moved from Tirz over to Reta. Week 30 now, down 73 pounds, 26%, sitting at 208 on 18mg Reta plus .25mg Sema. Still tracking right around a 1% weekly loss.

Same story here, actually gained a pound around week six. Running 3mg two or three times weekly, roughly every three days. Bumping to 4mg in the coming weeks. If that doesn't help, might switch back to tirz. Reta just doesn't seem to handle food noise as well personally. Trying to ride it out, but that skin problem is really getting old at this point, especially without much weight loss to show for it.

T2D_Survivor_Mark Roughly a year-plus on tirz, working up to 15mg, then I changed to reta since tirz ran me about $550 monthly. Reta began at 2mg, I barely noticed a thing and stayed hungry. Since sema had tamed appetite plus food chatter so nicely at the start, I experimented with a little of it again. Several weeks of fiddling later I settled on 1.5mg sema Monday, 6mg reta Wednesday, 0.5mg cagri Friday. So far it works and hunger is gone. Today after my sema I noticed some hunger, so I planned coffee, then it hit me that my last meal was 6pm yesterday and it was 1pm, so no wonder lol. I've gone from about 100kg to 96kg, feel energetic, and nothing else bad to report.

Agree with the others, post your doses. I'd run tirz at 15mg and drop the reta. For hunger tirz is simply better, and reta only makes sense to add if tirz stalls on you. Reta also tends to hit the heart, HRV goes down and heart rate goes up, so tirz is my pick to begin with. Tirz plus sema should flatten your hunger and get you off the plateau. Good luck!

I am up to 11 mg on tirz and not shedding. I'm afraid I will not shed much more if I maintain titrating to the max. Thinking of adding reta too, but I have not taken the plunge yet.
