Reta progress - 3 weeks in!

I'm down about 9 pounds after 20 days.

My pants are looser, lost about 2 inches off the waist. I lift weights 3 times a week, full body. Averaging around 12k steps daily. Still got a ways to go, but seeing some good progress!
 
Thanks! Just Reta right now. I also ordered Melanotan II. Heard it can help curb appetite a bit too, so we'll see.
 
My initial deficit was about 1200-1300 calories.

I think it's probably lower now that I've dropped over 20 pounds.
 
Did you start at 3mg or did you gradually increase your dose? Any side effects besides the skin thing? I'm around 220 and was thinking of starting at .5mg to avoid any issues. 3mg seems like a lot for someone lighter than me, but there aren't really any official guidelines other than the studies and what people are doing in practice.

I started Reta about a month ago, at 0.5mg, and just bumped up to 1.0mg. Haven't seen much weight loss yet, but it's been the holidays, so my diet hasn't been the best all the time.

I had some mild nausea the first few days, nothing major.
