Reta progress - 3 weeks in!

Been at it roughly how long? First two weeks felt weaker while struggling with protein, improved now but not ideal. Don't fear losing muscle, regaining it's easier than shedding fat. Eating 200g daily back when I was heavier went smooth.
 
The tirz comparison is the main framing issue - tirz crushes appetite more aggressively in weeks 1-4 because the GIP mechanism front-loads the satiety signal. Reta's triple mechanism tends to show more gradual onset, especially for previous tirz users whose receptors are already sensitized. Four weeks at 2-3mg with no scale movement and no appetite change suggests the dose is still below the individual threshold - titrating to 4mg or 5mg is the next step before concluding it's not working.
 
The rosacea non-response is useful data - Reta's anti-inflammatory profile at the skin level is different from what some other peptides do. 9 lbs in 3 weeks with that lifting and step count is ahead of the standard curve.
 
9 lbs and 2 inches in 3 weeks is Reta working. Waist measurement is a more reliable early indicator than scale weight.
