Reta + Sema Together? Thoughts?

The aggregation concern is more biologically relevant than degradation for stacking - a degraded molecule is just inactive, whereas aggregate formation could potentially trigger immune responses. The current evidence on in-body stacking doesn't show the problem but it's also not extensively studied in the combined formulation context.

yeah the cagrisema study was the main reference point and sema turned out to be the weaker partner in that combination, making it harder to know what cagri was actually adding. the tirz plus cagri picture coming out of real world use is much more interesting. individual variation in reta stacking is real too - hard to generalize from any single study.

Plenty of threads on this forum already cover that exact stack, more than a few in fact. Search around a bit and you'll turn them up in no time.

Here's roughly how it tends to work: either gradually swap out a portion of your current semaglutide amount for retatrutide, less of one, more of the other, or you simply layer the reta right on top of your existing dose without changing anything else.

My honest suggestion, especially given where your weekly total already sits: start conservatively, no more than 1mg reta a week at first, purely to see how your system reacts before pushing further.
