Yep, Calorie_Cake is right. Let's say you mix 5mg of BPC with 5mL of water. Each mL is 1,000mcg of BPC. If you want 300mcg per shot, you'd draw 0.3mL or 30 units on an insulin syringe.
 
I agree with Nat_92 and Calorie_Cake. When using an insulin syringe with U100 markings, you have 100 units per mL. So, If you use 5 ml of water into your 5mg bpc vial. Each 5 units on the syringe will be 50mcg, 10u = 100mcg and 30u will be 300mcg.
 
Yes. Takes weeks to build in your system. Six day half life. Week one at one mg, week two same dose you'd have one point five, week three one point seven five. Started at two mg with results week two. Six months same dose still working. Five two and one twelve pounds.

Reusing vials or cartridges really isn't recommended. Both get punctured every time you draw from them, and the general guidance is to toss them after about 28 days, though plenty of people just run them until empty regardless.
 
Test I came across showed roughly fourteen percent degradation for Reta after being frozen and reconstituted at the forty five day mark. No idea what filler ingredients were used or which supplier it came from. Guessing my R140 kit is staying powder for the foreseeable future.
 
Like mentioned earlier, once vials sit outside the fridge for a bit, get wiped clean, and get drawn up into a syringe, they've basically warmed to room temperature already. Only exception really is a ready-to-use syringe or injector setup someone else in this thread uses.
 
Curious about splitting reconstituted vials, is there any actual research on freezing them afterward? Specifically whether potency holds up once thawed. And assuming it does, how long would a frozen, already-mixed peptide stay viable?
 
Honestly, all vial sizes have their fans, but I think it really comes down to dosing and storage habits.

General guidance is to keep a mixed vial for around a month, mainly for sterility and potency reasons.

At the top clinical amount, a larger vial basically lasts about a month, but at half that amount it stretches closer to two months.

Smaller vials, though, run out much quicker. Same math applies, at a moderate weekly amount, the tiniest vials might only cover a single dose, while a mid-size one lasts roughly three weeks.

See where this is heading? A moderate vial size tends to land right in that ideal zone for low-to-medium amounts, long enough to be worthwhile, short enough not to sit around too long.

Naturally this hinges on the actual weekly amount someone runs. Someone running a higher weekly dose does better with the bigger vial size. And plenty of people stretch vials out three months regardless, so an even larger size works fine for them too.

Lots of variables at play here. The biggest factors are individual response and time.

Everyone reacts differently to the dual-action compound, some notice appetite suppression at very small amounts while others need to increase quickly. Depending on that and how long someone's been running it, they might eventually reach that ceiling amount, or they might not.

For either compound, typically the vial just gets used until it runs dry, somewhere around ten weeks total. Wouldn't feel great mixing a fresh vial with diluent that's already been sitting for most of that window.

Diluent itself is dirt cheap compared to the peptide, and I always keep extra on hand plus more incoming. If something ever went wrong, I wouldn't want to be second-guessing whether an old batch of mixing fluid played a role.
 
Totally agree. Based on most of what I've come across, I'm comfortable sticking around the three-month mark. In that scenario, running a moderate weekly amount from a smaller vial would put me right at that timeframe.

Currently running the third compound every three days, just bumped up slightly from before, using the smaller vial size. That should stretch a vial across roughly six weeks. Also translates easily into pen units once you work out the right dilution ratio. Got a larger vial order coming that at my current amount would last around two months, still well within my comfort zone. Even if the dose has to go up before I finish the smaller batch, I'm covered and won't be mixing more than roughly once every four to eight weeks.

Everyone just has to find their own balance between cost, time, and comfort.
