Reta stopped working?!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Thanks for sharing that, though it's a bummer to hear it stopped working eventually. Appetite shifts showed up even on the smallest possible reta amounts personally.

Yeah, my body adjusted incredibly fast and the third compound lost its punch quickly for me, even pushing to 8-10mg. Pretty odd, since early on it worked great even at small amounts. But the moment my body stopped cooperating, raising the amount barely made a dent anymore.

Everyone points to the studies for starting reta at 2 mg, but my start was 0.5 mg with good success. Getting up to 3 mg took 9 months for me. Im very conservative even when advising my own mother.

Split the dose. Reta stops suppressing appetite about 4 days post-pin. And keep meals clean, since the goal is weight loss, not fun!

Honest question: why keep using reta if it doesn't suppress appetite? Could be a dumb newbie question, yet some say it wrecks their appetite while others get zero effect, so what's the point if it fails at that?

A few thoughts on Reta. It's a peptide, so everything hinges on signaling, and I've heard inflammation and gut problems may dull that signaling. Even with inflammation and gut trouble I still responded well once I landed on the right dose. I titrated aggressively, starting at 2mg and settling at 4mg in under a month. Certain folks respond intensely and need very little, others need a bit more. My wife responds intensely: at 1mg it was nearly too much for her, and the worst side effects settled over several weeks. About two months in she got raised to 1.5mg and continues dropping a pound weekly. My guess is the dose where you notice anything is about 3 to 4mg. If side effects worry you, there's no need to hurry the effect, and raise the dose by .5mg weekly or every two weeks.
