Reta + Survo + Cagri... Overkill?

I've been experimenting with a cocktail of Reta, Survo, and Cagri for a few weeks now. Feels like I've got a serious edge. I'm doing like 7mg Reta, 1mg Survo, and maybe 2mg Cagri every few days, skipping the Reta sometimes. I'll keep at it for a couple of months and report back.

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share my GLP-1 journey. Started in early 2024 with one, then moved to another, settling on 7.5mg weekly, which worked well. Then I tried Reta and it was pretty effective. I initially weighed around 290lbs, aiming for 220lbs, but I actually got down to about 205! Now, I'm figuring out the ideal maintenance dose, somewhere between 2.5mg and 5mg of Reta. I even tried 2.5mg Cagri + 2.5mg Reta, but haven't made up my mind about that combo yet. I think 5mg Reta alone might be enough to maintain where I am.

My blood pressure is better than ever, and the dizziness I used to get is gone. I think it is the weight loss. I had some mild constipation sometimes, but solved it by eating soaked prunes every morning with my muesli.

I've cut out booze completely since January. Used to enjoy a beer or wine with meals, but not anymore. My diet is now focused on calories, lots of veg, and balanced protein. I eat a lot of salads and I work out at the gym twice a week.

I feel great! Best decision ever! It wasn't always easy, but it was worth it. I wanted to share my experience to encourage you to stay committed on your weight loss journey. It's worth it!

That sounds like a wild ride, @OwlFree660. I'm a nurse, and honestly, I'd be really cautious about stacking all those GLP-1s. The potential for side effects is pretty high. Make sure you're monitoring your blood glucose and electrolytes regularly. It's not just about weight loss; it's about your overall health.

I agree with @Gym. While some people experiment with these combos, it's really uncharted territory. We don't fully understand the long-term effects of even single GLP-1 agonists, let alone these stacks. Proceed with extreme caution, and maybe consider reducing the dosages.

Has anyone looked into SLU-PP-332? I've seen some chatter about it on other boards. Is it supposed to be a GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon agonist? Trying to learn more about it.

Yeah, SLU-PP-332 is getting some buzz. It's a triple agonist, targeting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. The theory is that hitting all three could lead to even greater weight loss and metabolic benefits compared to single or dual agonists. But it's still early days, and research is ongoing.
