Reta timing: morning or night?

Taking every morning when wake. Went for no artificial version seemed slightly stronger from research. No feelings like sleepy just helps rest especially if I wake to use bathroom fall back asleep easy.

I'd suggest pinning in the AM for your first go. Wouldn't wanna inject at night, have a bad reaction, and screw up your sleep. Also, maybe do it on a weekend when you're off work. Just in case you have some weird side effect that makes working tough. After the initial pin, the timing prob doesn't matter. They take a while to build up.

Reta seems to suppress appetite a bit less than others. I've noticed peak suppression happens like 2 days after injecting with both Triz and Reta. I like eating out on weekends, so I time my injections for Friday night or Saturday morning so my appetite is higher on the weekends.

Definitely do the first injection during the day. After that, I prefer right before going to bed. I like to inject my GLP on Sunday so any icky feelings wear off before the weekend rolls around lol

based on whose research? how do you have 10-year research for peptides that have only been around a couple years? I'm not taking unscientific stuff as fact.

Blood levels peak around 24-48 hours post-injection, a bit slower than some other GLPs. It builds up slowly, so timing shouldn't matter much. After the first dose, you might notice when the effects kick in and adjust your timing then. If you don't notice any effects, it really doesn't matter when you inject. If side effects are a problem, figure out how long they take to peak and adjust injections accordingly. Or, consider splitting the dose if side effects are major. If you're worried about side effects affecting work and you're off on weekends, inject Friday after work.

When you're starting out, doing it in the morning is smart in case there's some kind of safety issue. Like, if the concentration is off, or the water is contaminated or something. That's what I do. Once I've done a few injections from a cartridge, then I'm okay with evening or night injections.

Reta can raise your resting heart rate. I've noticed that if I inject too close to bedtime, my heart races, and I can't sleep. No issues when I inject earlier!

We usually inject around 10 AM on Fridays.

Reta increases your resting heart rate...
My HR is normally around 72, but it's been around 76 on Reta. Sleeping, it averages about 63 BPM, based on the new mattress we got. Had no clue the mattress tracked that.

Thanks, everyone, for the advice. I really appreciate it. I plan to start the Reta later this week, probably Friday morning. Looking forward to the results 😎

I usually inject at 11 AM every Monday. Had no problems when I was on Tirzepatide, and it's been fine with Retatrutide too. Like others mentioned, I just avoid injecting at night because I don't want to mess with my sleep. My friend still uses Wegovy and takes it at night because it makes her queasy, so she sleeps through it.

I think Monday mornings at 5:30 AM when I wake up will work best for me. Gives it time to kick in, I can hit the gym, and then chill during the day. I'm a really light sleeper, so anything to keep my heart rate down is a win!

It's interesting how people have different preferences on timing. I prefer injecting right before bed because it makes me sleepy. If I inject during the day, I want to lie down an hour later. My cousin says if she injects after 2 PM, she gets a headache the next day, so she prefers a morning shot. Start during the day to see how you feel, then experiment to find what works best.

Traveling with this stuff can be tricky. I read on Reddit about someone asking how to travel with sema since it needs to be refrigerated. Someone suggested those travel pouches for refrigerated meds that you activate with water.

I've heard some people inject peptides like BPC-157 right near the injury site. Does anyone do that with Reta? I'm dealing with some nagging shoulder pain and wondering if injecting closer would help at all?

I doubt it matters for a GLP like Reta. It's not like a localized healing thing. But could be worth a try. I'd stick to the belly fat though.

For peptides like BPC-157, microdosing near the injury might make sense, but I doubt it would do anything for Reta. It's systemic, affecting the whole body. Just stick to subq injections in your belly or thigh as directed.
