So, does Mounjaro boost your metabolism or just cut appetite? I've always eaten pretty healthy, but my metabolism seems slow. I'm wondering if it could help.

Mounjaro can help with insulin sensitivity and resistance, which then promotes fat breakdown and *can* increase your basal metabolic rate (BMR).

Don't forget that weightlifting is crucial for boosting metabolism. Muscle tissue burns more calories. That's why folks who lift heavy can often eat more without gaining weight.

Not sure where's best to buy now. Also read I should take estrogen after menopause for bone health. Any place where I can get both together? Used to get it through a plastic surgeon but wondering if there's simpler options now.

People don't really like it when others change. Makes them unpredictable, or maybe they like keeping you the same way for their own reasons. It's more complex than jealousy honestly. And yeah, people seem pretty biased against these meds overall.

Cagri hits a different receptor (amylin) than GLP1s, could be worth a look. Mots-c and Tesamorelin also have weight loss rep, though Tesa mainly targets belly fat.
