Reta working TOO well?

Without Reta or tirz, I feel like something's missing in my stomach. It's not a good feeling. If I go back, it'll be 2mg max. I like feeling full when I eat. There's this aching in my stomach. It's only been a week off, so maybe I'm overreacting... but then again... the heartburn...

Some people use tiny doses of Reta just for the benefits of insulin sensitivity, faster metabolism, and reduced inflammation and visceral fat, not for appetite suppression. It's about optimizing.

They're not trying to lose a lot of weight quickly. Once I start experimenting, I'll probably stay on a low dose for a long time for the optimization benefits alone.

Reta is pricier, but if it works better with fewer milligrams, it's worth it. Maybe a couple of milligrams is the new equivalent of 15mg of tirz?

My doctor told me to "go by feel" when titrating up with tirz. These drugs are really based on individual "feel."

I saw an interesting article about people experimenting with these kinds of peptides. They were calling them "poorly studied experimental drugs." It's a reminder to be careful and do your homework before injecting yourself with anything. I'm not saying Reta is dangerous, but it's good to be aware. another forum

OMG @Compound thank you SO much for the advice about the stairs! That's totally something my husband could do! He's been feeling down on himself lately, but I think those little wins could really help him. I think he would like reta better than tirz. He needs something to kickstart his weight loss.

My sibling has Hashimoto's and dysautonomia symptoms too. I wonder if EDS is involved. Share anything you learn - might help her. She's also got MCAS so many connections. Wish I had just one thing wrong sometimes.

One mil finasteride daily with topical minoxidil has been really effective for me. Also tried microneedling but it gets uncomfortable sometimes. The thinning started because I was on TRT.

Wow, seven years fighting this and keeping notes the whole time-that takes real dedication. Congrats on finally turning the corner. Don't let up now! Were you dealing with diabetes as well?

The separate TB and BPC approach gives more control over ratio and dosing than the pre-blended stack - the blended version is convenient but fixed, while separate sourcing lets you dial each compound independently. Getting ahead of the supply crunch before it runs out is the right call.
