The 4mg Reta plus 1mg Cagri combination as the primary stack is pretty close to the sweet spot a lot of people land on after experimenting. BPC157 alongside is a different goal - more repair and recovery than weight. The Reta appetite piece at 4mg tends to be quite noticeable. How long into the current stack?

Went through something almost identical with this compound. Some effects showed up initially, but once titrating up further, appetite suppression and food noise reduction just weren't there. Pushed up to a fairly high amount and the results stayed the same, basically nothing. Side effects were also pretty annoying, especially moving up to higher levels. Decided to step away from it for now and planning to try an earlier generation option in this drug class until finding one that actually works.
