Fantastic transformation!!! How bad were the adverse reactions? Any advice? I'm thinking of starting in the next couple of months!

You look fantastic! Next year, you'll probably be ditching those cover-ups to show off your new figure! Congratulations, and stay strong!

Were the side effects awful?
Any tips? I am thinking of starting in March or April!

Hey there! I started back in April '24 and the biggest thing I wish I had done was take more pictures. It's really motivating to see the progress! Good luck!

You’re looking amazing. You mind telling us the SW and the CW ?

Sure! I started around 230 and now I am about 175. My goal is 160. I've been doing light cardio, but I am gonna start weight training to help with some loose skin.

I'm starting to feel like I'm seeing a glimpse of what's to come for me. I'm only a couple of months in, but I'm already down about 10 lbs. Super motivating!

Fat and muscle aren't equal in density, so scales can lag when you're training hard. Progress may take 3-4 weeks to show numerically. Your clothing fit is actually the better gauge right now.
