Same shorts...but a new me!

Been on a GLP-1 since last winter and as of today I've dropped 57 lbs! The first pic is from July '24 and the other one is from late May '25. So glad this med has been such a game changer. I went from 224lbs to 167. Still want to lose a bit more, but enjoying life so much more now!

Did the GLP-1 cause your arm problem? I've seen online about GLP-1s causing crazy stuff, but I didn't know it broke bones. /s

Thanks everyone! I was really nervous to post, but all the support is awesome! In_The_Making I try to walk a mile 4-5 times a week. Nothing crazy, and I'm still working on my diet, but it's getting there!

That's incredible! I've been on it for a little over 2 months and I'm down about 30 pounds, but I really don't see it in the mirror yet. Did it take a while for you to notice?

That's so common! Many people say they don't see the changes, but others around them do. Take lots of pictures!
