SBC's Ozempic bod?

Not AI, but definitely photoshopped. Check the shadows and skin smoothing. Also, guys, Hollywood physiques are often enhanced with things like trenbolone and expert medical supervision. It's not just diet and exercise, and they have way more time to dedicate to it.

Hard to believe that's Borat. I wonder if he's got some extra stuff mixed in with his semaglutide.

It proves being ripped is MORE about having low body fat than actual muscle mass. Most people have enough muscle already (or can build it) to look shredded if they get lean enough.

That being said, that degree of leanness is not everyone's goal, and it shouldn't be!

To everyone suggesting steroids or prohormones...if he were, he'd be noticeably bigger. He looks natty to me. I don't judge what anyone does, but this isn't a steroid-user physique.

Exactly. It's easy to forget the resources available to these guys. Most people don't realize the extent of medical intervention involved.

Speaking of pharmaceuticals, anyone remember that compounding pharmacy scandal a few years ago? The one where they were making tainted drugs and people died? Makes you wonder about quality control sometimes. Makes me anxious about sourcing. I'm trying to find a reputable compounding pharmacy for something else I need. Anyone have tips on finding a good one?

For compounding pharmacies, PCAB accreditation and FDA registration as an outsourcing facility are usually good signs. That means they meet certain quality standards and follow manufacturing practices. That's what I was told anyway.

week 2 and barely any side effects except nausea if i skip meals. thing is, my skin kinda hurts all over? not burning or itchy, just this weird mild pain everywhere. anyone else get that?
