I've also noticed it! I'm no longer at the very end of the airplane belt and I don't have to fight for the armrest. This feels surreal.

That's amazing! What dosage have you found works best for maintaining your weight loss? I'm struggling a bit now that I've stopped taking my medication. The food noise is coming back and I've gained a little bit, and I'm worried it'll all come back.

I have had some annoying shoulder discomfort for like half a year. It has been stubborn, and it has been getting worse regarding pain and flexibility. It got pretty bad recently, and now I am unable to do any regular weight training and I have to use lighter weights with lots of reps for my upper body. Anything more hurts a lot.

I might go see an orthopedist, but I'm curious if anyone else has had joint pain relief from this stuff?

What you are describing sounds like an anti-inflammatory effect. A true injury won't heal in only a few days. Hopefully you will have long term healing.
