Scale isn't everything, check the mirror!

The photo alignment tip is genuinely useful and makes a big difference in how clearly the change reads - when starting height, stance, and shoulder angle aren't matched between photos, the comparison reads less dramatically than it actually is. Matching the same fixed reference points in both photos is the quick fix.

the shoulder angle and arm positioning change is one of the first visible composition shifts that shows up in photos - the slope-to-right-angle transition in the shoulder line reflects both fat loss and posture improvement from carrying less weight forward. it tends to show up in photographs before the person notices it in the mirror because we see ourselves in real time, not in the before-and-after comparison that makes the change obvious

the 2nd or 3rd dose timeline for really feeling the suppression is pretty standard, ya know? the first couple can feel like nothing much is happening and then it clicks. protein and water in the meantime is the whole game - gonna make a difference even when appetite isn't fully online yet.
