Scale Obsessed? šŸ˜‚

Someone posted their Renpho results next to a Dexa scan, and it was surprisingly close. They had the 6-point one with the hand-held sensors. My Renpho is about 4 years old, and even if the numbers aren't perfect, the trends are what matters. I'm a data nerd, so I love all the stats.

I sync mine to MyFitnessPal and Apple Health, so I've got the trends and data in multiple places (though I’ve never lost any data yet.) Mine asks if it’s the right weight or not when something seems off, and I can just click ā€œnot mine.ā€ We have multiple users set up, and we don’t have any issues, even if both phones are present.

It's a reminder that the scale doesn't tell the whole story.

I agree with Sub-Gang - the scale doesn't tell the whole story! I've been focusing more on how my clothes fit and how I feel, rather than obsessing over the number. It's been so much better for my mental health!
