Hey everyone! I wanted to share something that really helped me when I was feeling discouraged, hoping it helps someone else too.
I was stuck for like, a month and a half. No matter what I did, the scale wouldn't budge. And I didn't *feel* different either. Super annoying.
What actually made a difference wasn't changing my dose or going on some crazy diet. It was tracking things besides just the scale.
I started noting how hungry I was, how I felt (mood-wise), my energy through the day, even snapping pics of my meals sometimes, plus just my regular habits.
After a while, I started seeing changes I totally missed before:
• My face looked thinner even though my weight was the same
• My hunger changed a lot
• I had way more energy
• I was eating smaller portions without even trying
I didn't notice any of this from one day to the next, but seeing it all together made it clear I was making progress.
I'm using a simple app to log everything (nothing fancy), but really, the point is: having a simple, visual way to track your journey really helps when you feel like nothing's happening.
If anyone else is stuck, try paying attention to the smaller signs. You might be doing better than you think!
