Scale stuck? Check the mirror!

It's been several months, and the scale just won't budge! I've been feeling super down about it. But then I was looking at some old pics...wow.

Even if the scale says zero progress, there IS change. GLP-1s got me started, but it's also about every good choice I've made since then. Every time I told myself "don't give up" I was choosing myself.

So, a reminder to all of you: keep at it! The scale isn't everything. 💕 And maybe I'll figure out better poses for the 'after' shot, lol.

Awesome! 🎉 Looking at your photos, it looks like you've dropped a lot, no matter what the scale says. You look amazing, especially in that dress. Keep it up and stay positive! 🤗 ✌🏼

Could be you're not losing weight *because* you're gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, after all.

Looking at your before and after, you definitely look more toned. Maybe you've been more active and building muscle?

Keep going! You look great.

i'm dealing with the same thing! i've been stuck around 211 for weeks. kinda bummed me out, but i was flexing in the mirror and i saw some real muscle! so that's probably why the scale isn't moving as much.

also my trainer said that when you're halfway to your goal, your weight can stay the same for a while because you are trading fat for muscle. but after a few weeks it'll start dropping again. just drink more water & protein to help your muscles! you look amazing!

I agree with BaconSlayer-Vegas. I plateaued for almost 2 months, and my doctor said the same thing about muscle replacing fat. He also said to make sure I'm getting enough protein and to maybe try rotating injection sites. Apparently, that can sometimes kickstart things again.

A lot of people don't see results on the lower doses. Don't give up! The therapeutic dose is often higher, like 1.7mg or even 2.4mg. You might just need a higher dose to see the scale moving again.

Also, are you tracking what you eat? Even with GLP-1s, it's easy to underestimate calories. Try weighing your food and logging everything, even drinks with calories. It can be eye-opening!
