Okay, the blue dress was from earlier this month, at a party almost a week before I went on Semaglutide, like around October 15, 2024: 259 lbs.

The purple shirt is at my mom's house, so ignore the messy desk, from March 29, 2025: 225 lbs.

I look like a mess, but I can actually tell the difference! And my ankles aren't swelling like they used to! I can actually wear normal socks again!

Female, 28, 5',5”...
HW: 277 lbs
SW: 262 lbs
CW: 222 lbs
GW: 165 lbs

Almost 40 lbs gone in about 5 months!

Anyone who's like me and was diagnosed with heel spurs, this is something to look forward to!!!
I don’t think I've cried from the pain in weeks.
It’s truly like a weight has been shed.
I won’t say it’s totally gone, because I don’t know, but I feel so much better than when I was teaching aerobics.

Anyway, that’s my experience. 🙂↔️🥳

I'm just starting out on this journey. Seeing your progress is super encouraging. I just took my first dose. How long did it take for you to really see a difference, Pip_19?

It's amazing how much difference even a relatively small amount of weight loss can make to your health. Keep up the great work prioritizing the good stuff. I find it's all about protein shakes now!

I love seeing these updates! It's more than just a number on a scale; it's about quality of life.

This is so true! Less weight really helps those joints.
