Thank you for posting this! People underestimate how much of a difference even 20 lbs can make. I'm on a GLP-1 now to lose about that much, and I feel so much better already. Way to go!
Don't get discouraged, Pin_Cookie! I know it can be hard when you see people dropping weight fast, but slow and steady wins the race. A pound a week is still 50 pounds a year!
