Secretagogues before GH?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
the peak-youth GH target is worth examining carefully - GH secretion at 21 represents peak physiology, not optimal adult function. targeting restoration to an age-appropriate level rather than a peak-youth reference tends to produce better outcomes with less side effect burden. pushing into higher dosage territory for secretagogues does not always produce proportionally better results and adds more to the side effect profile

I don't think you're following what I'm saying. Growth-hormone-releasing compounds trigger release of the hormone itself, that's literally why nearly everyone using them measures effectiveness by how much hormone actually gets released.

That study looked at effects from directly administering the hormone repeatedly, rather than effects from repeated hormone release triggered by compounds that stimulate release. That's exactly why I said the study applies here, the comparison is completely valid if your goal is examining hormone effects.

However, if your reason for taking these releasing compounds isn't actually about the hormone effect itself, and instead you've got some other motivation, say hunger control for instance, then sure, your point would hold up. Otherwise it just doesn't track logically.

Believe whatever you want though, that's your call.
