If you're struggling with sema, Vegas_Slim, try injecting closer to your midsection (but keep a couple inches away from your navel). It seems to boost the feelings of fullness, queasiness, and appetite reduction for some.

I saw someone post comparison pics, like Halloween '23 vs '24, and the difference a year made was INSANE. That's a big motivator!
 
I was feeling down because I didn't think I saw a difference! But someone said they didn't notice much weight loss until they compared pics. I've lost about 80 pounds. Still working toward my goal!
