See any difference?

You're inspiring to me! I lost 100 pounds before my doctor gave me Ozempic for type 2, then hit a plateau that lasted months. I can't see the change clearly because it happened slowly and I never photographed myself at 350. Still need to drop about 80. Your pictures show me what's achievable if I keep pushing.

Beautiful smile there! Love fitting into smaller clothes, huge win. Love telling my partner I haven't fit into this in years!

people react to change — even good change looks shocking to them, so negative comments often don't mean much. at 5'4", 100–145 is healthy depending on body comp. 145 is probably high if you're sedentary but totally fine if you're active.

One week is still the loading window - most see appetite change at weeks 2-4 on Mounjaro, visual difference takes longer. 30 lbs in 4 months is the other side of that window.

Face and waist tend to show first - the before-and-after comparison usually reads clearest around month 5-6.

30 lbs in 4 months is visible to everyone except the person in the mirror. Body dysmorphia makes the before-and-after gap look smaller from the inside.
