See any progress? May vs Nov '25

Hi everyone,

I started Mounjaro back in May, and I've really tried to stay consistent with working out and making better lifestyle choices. I wanted to share some progress pics – May 2025 compared to November 2025.

Sometimes it's hard to see the changes happening day-to-day, but looking at these side-by-side, I think I can see my clothes fitting better, especially around my waist, and things are starting to look less puffy.

Do you guys see any difference, or am I just imagining it? I'd appreciate any honest feedback from this group.

Thanks!

I definitely see a difference! You described it perfectly. Keep going, it's a long game, not a quick fix. Be nice to yourself. You've probably gotten stronger and healthier too, which are also wins to celebrate.

Yes, the difference is noticeable. It's tough to see it every day, so just keep up the consistency. Consider taking measurements along with weighing yourself. You're on the right track!

I definitely see a difference, particularly in your lower abdomen!

However, the angle of these pictures is a little strange.

I suggest you take a full body photo of yourself standing up straight, in tight-fitting clothes like black leggings and a tee, from the front, back, and side.

Then, take similar photos every month or two. That way you will be able to see the changes much easier.

The angle of your before/current photos only lets you see the difference in your lower stomach because of how you're sitting. It looks like that's where you carry most of your weight. You can see a big change there based on what's visible, but the angle makes it impossible to assess your thighs, upper arms, back, shoulders etc. Standing photos in tight clothes would give you a better overall picture.

Definitely a change! I'll be honest, from what I can see in your thighs and arms, it seems like you might have the same problem I do with that lower belly pouch (the extra skin/fat between the hip and upper abdomen). Losing weight might shrink it, as you've demonstrated, but it might not disappear completely without a panniculectomy. I don't want to discourage you, but I want to let you know in case you're wondering why you keep seeing loss everywhere else but there as you lose more weight.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. I really appreciate the support. It's easy to get discouraged, so hearing this is really helpful.
