Seeing real changes!

I began taking ozempic near the end of last year, around thanksgiving. I looked at an old photo on my phone from back then and decided to recreate it yesterday for a before and after. I still have more to lose, but it's probably a 35-pound difference. So glad to finally see the medication working!

I like the dress! You should get your favorite clothes tailored. A good tailor can make a world of difference! Wishing you all the best.

I know exactly what you mean about seeing changes in weird places. Since starting Mounjaro last year, I've been surprised to notice my body losing fat in areas I didn't even know existed before. Like this little hollow between my thumb and wrist that's suddenly visible when I move my hand a certain way.

YES!!! I'm seeing tendons in my forearms that I never saw before, or maybe they're muscles. I'm enjoying getting to know my new body!

That's so interesting about the unexpected places where you see the change! I had to buy a new wedding ring because mine was falling off. It was a little scary!

I'm seeing new veins in my hands and legs, too. It's so much easier for the nurses to find them now when I donate blood. I think that's a major NSV!

It is important to remember that results vary among individuals and to stay the course. I saw someone else mention that their nose slimmed down. That is very interesting!
