Sema 1 month in!

Been on Rybelsus for about a month now, and I've dropped around 10lbs! Had a bit of a cheat day last weekend (oops, chocolates!), but otherwise I've been sticking to the plan and thankfully no major issues like some people have mentioned. I also joined a gym that does kickboxing about 3 weeks ago, which is way more fun than just hitting the weights. Excited to see what happens in the next 30 days. Just refilled my prescription.

I actually use a different app called Happy Scale. It shows a smooth average instead of all the daily ups and downs, which is great for me 'cause my weight fluctuates a lot.

Hey Bee-xx, have you noticed any changes in your energy levels since starting the medication and kickboxing? Just curious about how the two are working together for you!

I've been on this for six months now and I'm so glad I started this journey! It's not always easy, and I haven't been perfect with the injections. But even with some slip-ups, it mostly worked out. The key is eating right and staying consistent! I wanted to believe this kinda stuff didn't work. I am now a true believer.

Water retention fluctuates week to week regardless of what you're doing - hormones, sodium, fiber intake all play into it. The trend over a month is the number that matters.

10 lbs in the first month on Rybelsus is a solid start - oral sema has lower bioavailability than injectable, so that pace is actually good. Dry mouth peaks around months 2-3 and resolves; biotene and gum work until it does. One cheat day doesn't move the arc.

First month momentum with the kickboxing running simultaneously is the right combination - the cardio base timing with the early appetite suppression window compounds both outcomes.

10 lbs at month one plus kickboxing is the combination that holds through plateaus - the activity is the part that compounds.
