Hey all. Started my journey in late October after I noticed I was gaining weight, probably because of stress and menopause. Ugh.

Starting weight: 178 lbs | Current weight: 156.2 lbs | Goal weight: 140 lbs

About 22 pounds shed in 17 weeks. I've been doing intermittent fasting, eating low-carb with lots of protein, and going to the gym about 3 times a week. Nothing too strenuous, just trying to be consistent.

Feeling great about my progress and looking forward to seeing what happens next!

I just started last week! I want to drop maybe 15-20 lbs, and I'm dealing with menopause too. I've been doing IF for almost 3 years -- I can't eat in the morning, never could. So glad to hear it's working for you while doing IF. I've been reading horror stories about hair falling out and bone density loss. Hoping that's because people lose weight super fast, like more than 20 lbs? I work out like 4 times a week, including weights, so maybe I won't have that problem. Thanks for sharing your story. I'm sticking with IF for sure. You go, girl!
 
I've been on a similar journey. After about 180 days on a GLP-1, I've dropped 60+ pounds. I finally feel like me again. It's about consistency, perseverance, and trusting in the process.
 
You did great even with the side effects and slow pace. That jump youve made is excellent, especially managing the transition carefully. Thirty down is nothing to dismiss.
