Sema did what?! Before & After

Started at 190 in late 2024, now I'm 140! I'm 5' 9".

It's crazy how much my life has changed – my habits, my stamina, and, yeah, my weight. I've always worked out, but the weight never budged. It wasn't even my main goal to become slimmer, but I knew something was off.

After trying semaglutide, I noticed all the mindless snacking and sugary drinks I was having! Also found out I'm gluten-sensitive, so that was causing issues. Now, 8 months later, I'm 50 lbs lighter and feel amazing!

I'm taking all this knowledge forward as I stop the injections and just treat my body right. Not trying to lose more weight – just gonna keep up the exercise and eat well!

I'm on week 3 and down 6 lbs. I'm eating way less than before, so I'm hoping for results like yours. You're an inspiration, thanks for sharing and congrats!

Yay!!!! I've lost about 20 lbs in 2 months. My doc thinks it's too fast and won't refill my injections for a month! I wanna be at 160, and I'm at 185.

Are you tall? My weight is less than yours, but you look slimmer! You must have way more muscle mass. You look amazing!

Edit: Never mind, I see your height now. I'm dumb. Haha! I'm six inches shorter.

I need to make sure I take good before pics. Like, the REAL kind where I'm not sucking anything in! Saw a post about that... you'll thank yourself later when you can see the progress.

How did you figure out the gluten allergy?

I did an elimination diet, where I cut out gluten completely for a few weeks and then reintroduced it. The inflammation and digestive issues came back right away - that confirmed it for me!

I've noticed a lot of people say they don't see a difference in themselves even after losing weight. Something I've read about is how face changes are often the most noticeable early on. Keep taking pics!
