Okay, so I started on .25mg of semaglutide around the end of August, like the 27th to be exact. Check out the before/after from then until like, Sept 23rd. I'm almost positive that most of the 15+ pound drop was from inflammation chillin' out, and only a little bit was actual fat burning, even though I'm at the gym 4x a week. Started at 221+, now I'm 205ish. Goal is like, 140. Upped to .5mg this week, which is dose #6...I'm just blown away. I knew I was puffy and inflamed, but WOW. Just...wow.
