Hit my goal! Shed 75 lbs and kept it off for almost a year now! Started doing strength training in the last year, never really worked out before this.

I lost around 75 lbs as well and have been on this forum for a couple of years. I'd say this is one of the best transformations I've come across on here. It must be so fun to see people you haven't seen in a while! Unreal. Don't let it happen again.

Congratulations. I've lost about 70lbs and want to lose maybe another 10, but I might stop the Ozempic since my blood sugar is getting a little low with my low carb diet. You look fantastic!

Have you had your thyroid levels checked or seen an endocrinologist? There could be other hormonal things going on. Also, are you taking any other meds that might be affecting your appetite?

I'm curious for those of you who have been on sema for a while, are you planning to stay on it long-term? I'm a bit worried about the appetite suppression wearing off eventually.

I've been on for about 18 months and plan to continue indefinitely. I dropped about 30 pounds initially and have been stable for the past 6 months. Still have about 20 to go but not stressing, I feel great!

curious what dose everyone's sweet spot is? noticed it hits everyone different even with same builds. I went from 197 to 175, mostly diet and cardio, just titrated from 1mg to 1.5mg last week. anyone here on 4mg or higher?
