been here too. 42 w/ pcos, on it 4 months, just hitting 0.5mg now. only down 5 lbs but i'm doing everything right - workouts, calorie counting. it's a slow game but congrats on the progress
This endotoxin thing is worth taking seriously. If you're using multiple doses of the same stuff, get it tested. Better safe than sorry with that junk in your system.
