Started on semaglutide around January '25. Found an old driver's license pic from early '24. Wow, what a difference! I didn't realize how much weight I was carrying. I feel so much better and younger now!

Saw someone post a face comparison on another site and even their cat looked like it lost weight in the 'after' photo LOL. Maybe it's the angle, or maybe the cat is just happier now that their owner is healthier!

I started at 0.5mg. A lot of people start at 0.25, but I wanted to get the ball rolling!

Yeah some shrinkage but you'll probably have extra skin. Looks like you've got a ways to go though. Good luck out there.
